Anthunt Marketing LLP
All purchases made with Anthunt are final. Due to the nature of our digital and creative services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance once work has begun or assets have been delivered.
This policy applies to all services including but not limited to:
If a technical malfunction directly caused a failure to deliver your service, you may email info@anthunt.co with full details. Requests will only be considered if made within 7 calendar days of the incident.
Refunds—if considered at all—are reviewed internally by Anthunt's operations team. Anthunt has full and final discretion to approve, reject, or partially issue refunds depending on service delivery, team effort, third-party costs, and terms breached.
All refund inquiries must be sent to: 📧 info@anthunt.co
We do not accept refund requests through phone calls, social media, or any other channels.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service failure or billing concern. Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed.
Clients working under custom service contracts, NDAs, or partnerships may have separate refund clauses. In such cases, those contractual terms shall prevail over this policy.
We do not issue refunds if:
Our services are resource-intensive and planned based on confirmed commitments.
If a service has been partially completed (e.g., content planning, outreach setup, draft approvals), no refund will be granted—even if the project is later cancelled by the client.
If you are mistakenly charged twice for the same service, contact info@anthunt.co within 5 business days. Once verified, a full refund of the duplicate transaction will be issued promptly.
Raising a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Anthunt will be treated as a breach of trust. We reserve the right to permanently suspend services in such cases.
Anthunt reserves the right to interpret, enforce, or amend this refund policy at its sole discretion. All refund-related decisions made by the company shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
